Finance & Budget

The KOP-BID Finance and Budget Committee serves an administrative function and has no direct plan or program oversight. The Finance & Budget Committee reviews revenues and expenditures on a monthly basis and works with other BID Committees so that it may advise the Board how best to time expenditures. This Committee also works with the Executive Director and Committee Chairs to prepare annual budgets.
