King of Prussia District Presents Summer Concert Series in the Business Park

Free, Lunchtime Concert Featuring Live Music

King of Prussia, PA (May 10, 2012) – On the first day of summer, the King of Prussia District (KOP-BID) will kick-off the 2012 Summer Concert Series in the Business Park.

The free, lunchtime concert series for King of Prussia Business Park employees will feature live music on the lawn at GSI Commerce on June 20, July 19 and August 16 from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm. Rain dates will be June 27, July 26 and August 23. Musical acts will perform on stage and freshly prepared lunch items will be available for purchase.

“We look forward to this fun alternative to the typical lunch hour in King of Prussia, and we are grateful to Arcadia University, King of Prussia Campus and Brandywine Realty Trust for helping us make the event possible,” said Eric Goldstein, King of Prussia District Executive Director.

The Tommy Frolic Band will open the Concert Series with their energetic and soulful rock-n-roll sound covering the classics and showcasing their original music. In July, LIV & Chuck Treece will bring their eclectic R&B, funk, soul and reggae tones to the stage with a mix of covers and original songs. Finally, local favorites Post Launch Defects will close the concert series in August.

Limited parking will be available. Guests are strongly encouraged to walk from their office complex and bring blankets and chairs. Available parking lots will be marked with signs.
